- Optimize RAN KPIs: Improve 4G/5G throughput, accessibility, and retainability metrics.
- Manage Multi-Vendor Hardware: Configure and tune Ericsson, Nokia, and Samsung systems.
- Deploy AI Solutions: Use AI/ML tools for predictive optimization and automated troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with IT teams to align OSS data with network automation pipelines.
- Analyze Data: Troubleshoot complex interference and capacity issues using drive tests and traces.
