Senior RF Optimization Engineer

Responsibilities

• Optimize RAN KPIs: Improve 4G/5G throughput, accessibility, and retainability metrics.
• Manage Multi-Vendor Hardware: Configure and tune Ericsson, Nokia, and Samsung systems.
• Deploy AI Solutions: Use AI/ML tools for predictive optimization and automated troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with IT teams to align OSS data with network automation pipelines.
• Analyze Data: Troubleshoot complex interference and capacity issues using drive tests and traces.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in RF Optimization, specifically with 4G and 5G networks.

Experience with multi-vendor RAN environments, including Ericsson, Nokia, and Samsung systems.

Strong understanding of LTE (Long Term Evolution) and 5G wireless networks.

Proficiency in configuring and tuning network hardware.

Experience with AI/ML tools and techniques for network optimization and troubleshooting.

Ability to work effectively with IT teams to integrate network data into automation pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data sets.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across different departments.
