We enable brands like Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas to run creator campaigns with the same rigor, control, and accountability as their core performance channels. Our AI-Native platform enables real-time content understanding at scale, simultaneous reasoning across hundreds of thousands of pieces of content, and intelligent allocation of multi-million dollar budgets. Our models apply more cross-platform performance signal than anyone else in the world, compounding with every campaign through a high-trust marketplace with accelerating network effects. The result is a flywheel: brands get the performance they've been chasing, creators get the intelligence and income they deserve, and Agentio becomes the infrastructure powering a generational shift in where media dollars flow.
The Role
The Finance & Ops function is scaling right alongside the business, and RevOps is at the center of it. This is a rare chance to help build the operational backbone of a category-defining marketplace from the ground up, early enough to shape how the entire GTM engine runs. Agentio's growth depends on a world-class revenue engine that's precise, scalable, and tightly aligned across our go-to-market teams. We're hiring our first dedicated Senior RevOps Analyst to own the operational backbone of that engine, sitting at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Creator Partnerships, and Finance.
What You’ll Own
- Creator-side operations and supply health
- Surface and size the biggest supply opportunities in the marketplace, analyzing which creators and categories we lean into to unlock the most brand demand
- Own creator pipeline operations end to end, from sourcing and onboarding through getting creators live, matched, and monetizing
- Drive activation, utilization, and retention across our creator supply, owning the metrics and systems that turn creators into reliable, high-performing inventory
- Build the reporting and data layer that makes supply health visible and trusted, turning marketplace signals into action
- The cross-marketplace execution layer
- Own and optimize the GTM tech stack, with HubSpot as the system of record, ensuring it scales cleanly as the business grows
- Administer and enable the team's go-to-market tooling, keeping workflows, access, and integrations running smoothly day to day
- Drive data integrity across the funnel, building the processes that keep our CRM accurate, enriched, and trusted
- Own recurring reporting and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline and performance
- Partner with Finance to keep the revenue cycle running, from billing operations through collections and revenue accuracy
What Success Looks Like (first 6 Months)
- You've taken ownership of the GTM operating rhythm, so the systems and reporting that keep go-to-market running no longer depend on leadership
- Supply health is fully measurable, with the key activation, utilization, and retention metrics tracked in dashboards the team trusts
- Data integrity and pipeline accuracy have stepped up across the board, and you've built the processes to keep them there
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops at a high-growth B2B or marketplace company, or a comparable background in management consulting, business strategy, or corporate advisory
- Equally strong as an operator and an analyst: you keep a steady execution load running and bring structure to ambiguous problems
- Deep HubSpot (or Salesforce) expertise; you build and debug, not just configure
- High proficiency in data analysis and visualization in Google Sheets and Excel, with a track record of building dashboards from scratch
- Actively uses AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Clay) to automate research, reporting, and outreach, effectively serving as the GTM engineering arm for the Creator Partnerships team
- A clear communicator who turns complex data into crisp takeaways and recommendations for senior leadership
- A strong project manager who juggles multiple priorities and drives cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with client-facing finance operations
- Bonus: experience analyzing pipeline health, revenue trends, and conversion dynamics, or working within a consumption-based business model
