About the role
Visionist is seeking a Senior Reverse Engineer for a fully funded opportunity on a large prime contract. The role involves working on innovative projects that enhance mission capabilities through specialized tools.
Responsibilities
- Reverse engineer complex, networked codebases to support system understanding and vulnerability discovery
- Collaborate with analysts to understand mission objectives and align technical efforts to support those goals
- Partner with customers to refine requirements and help translate high-level objectives into actionable technical solutions
- Apply analytical skills to independently investigate leads and uncover insights that support mission needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 12 years of experience in reverse engineering
- Advanced proficiency in reverse engineering techniques and tools
- Strong software development skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and solve complex technical problems
- Experience using mission-relevant or agency-specific tools
- Understanding of vulnerability research and exploitation methodologies
- Knowledge of networking technologies and protocols
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
