Responsibilities

• Review and analyze complex customer contracts to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment in accordance with ASC 606.
• Serve as a technical revenue accounting subject matter expert, researching and documenting complex revenue recognition issues and providing guidance on ASC 606 application and accounting treatment.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue accounting close activities, and commissions accounting close activities and deliverables (recons, revenue dashboards & reporting, revenue reserves, flux).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and reporting.
• Prepare revenue-related reports for financial statement disclosures.
• Lead or support the implementation and migration of revenue accounting systems.
• Collaborate to define systems requirements and ensure alignment with accounting policies.
• Perform systems testing, validation, and user training for new implementations or enhancements.
• Interface with internal and external audit on revenue-related issues, support US GAAP audit, and maintain SOX control documentation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a revenue accounting role in SAAS technology or subscription-based industry.
• Public accounting or public company experience required; CPA a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency using the NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management module in multi-currencies and multi-subsidiaries environment.
• Experience in Power BI, Salesforce CRM, and RevPro a plus.
• System Implementation and UAT experience (NetSuite, RevPro) preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $83,000 - $138,000. Base pay depends on experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan, depending on the role.
