Ongoing Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate key intermediary/provider relationships and develop fund sales through those contacts
- Partner with wholesalers of national recordkeeping platforms to further enhance awareness of Franklin Templeton investment capabilities
- Maintain knowledge of industry related trends/topics and maintain proficiencies in delivering value-added presentations to advisor and plan sponsor audiences
Ideal Qualifications
- 10+ years of field consulting / sales experience within the DC and investment industry
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 Licenses required
- Advanced investment/product knowledge including Target Date Solutions and Stable Value
- Strong relationship management skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large territory with many moving parts
- Strong sales skills focused on closing
- Public speaking and seminar experience
- Experience working within the territory, New England preferred
Pay
Base compensation: $150,000 per year
