Your mission

Turn every brand in your portfolio into a retention success story by building strategies, flows, and campaigns that keep customers coming back and growing revenue along the way.

What you'll do

  • Own results & relationship for 4 Shopify brands doing over 5M/year
  • Write your own copy and work with our strong design team to make it bang
  • Grow our collective knowledge by sharing tools, frameworks and ways of thinking

What we're looking for (non negotiable)

  • 2+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience
  • Full funnel understanding, not just email metrics
  • Strong relationship builder and proven client-facing experience
  • Agency background or 8fig+ brand experience
