About the role
Priceline is transforming its loyalty and marketing strategies, moving towards a product operating model and leveraging AI to enhance its offerings. This role plays a pivotal role in shaping these strategies, collaborating closely with the Senior Director to drive VIP loyalty, re-engagement, and trip management initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Loyalty & Lifecycle Strategy
- Support the development and activation of Priceline's VIP loyalty program
- Translate strategic direction into organized plans and coordinated action across marketing, product, and technology
- Architect retention and loyalty strategies in partnership with the broader marketing team
- Develop strategy docs and requirements for product and technology partners
- Collaborate with product managers on Re-engagement and Trip Management & Loyalty portfolios
- Maintain and evolve customer lifecycle frameworks and segmentation inputs
- AI & Marketing Systems
- Identify, evaluate, and pilot AI-powered tools and automation workflows
- Build repeatable systems to reduce manual effort in campaign development, briefing, and performance summarization
- Champion AI adoption within the team and contribute real marketing use cases to Priceline's enterprise AI strategy
- Customer Data & Growth
- Translate customer data into actionable insights for retention, loyalty, and growth strategy
- Represent marketing needs in how customer data is structured, surfaced, and activated with data and product partners
- Contribute to personalization and recommendations initiatives from a marketing strategy perspective
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5+ years in lifecycle marketing, retention strategy, CRM, or a closely related discipline
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional context
- Comfortable working in or alongside a product operating model
- Strong organizational instincts for managing complex, multi-stakeholder work
- Clear, confident communicator who can translate strategic vision into product requirements, briefs, and executive updates
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Comfortable engaging with customer data concepts such as segmentation, CLV, and behavioral analytics
- Naturally curious and energized by ambiguity
- Travel, e-commerce, or subscription experience is a plus
- Demonstrated history of living Priceline's values
Benefits
Competitive base salary, potential for annual bonus and equity grant. Salary range for this position is $110,000-$135,000. Additional benefits include health & wellness coverage, generous time off, work/life support, financial security programs, and signature travel perks.
