About the role
Join the Pixel Marketing team to shape consumer marketing strategy and experiences for first-party and third-party retail channels. We aspire to transform retail from transactional to desirable by bringing the best of Google to every point in the customer's journey.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for global Pixel product demo experiences across both in-store and online retail channels.
- Partner with executive leadership and engineering to define a retail demo goal that incorporates technical requirements and premium brand fundamentals.
- Collaborate with creative agencies and software teams to highlight key features like Gemini and Google Photos through innovative experiences.
- Oversee the design and delivery of premier reference demos for first-party channels while ensuring scalability for third-party retail partners.
- Analyze engaging trends and shopper engagement data to continuously adapt and optimize retail experiences for increased conversion.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in marketing or production within creative industries, hardware OEM or retailers (hardware or technology environments), with a focus on interactive design.
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications
- MBA or graduate degree in a management, technical, or engineering field.
- Expertise in managing multiple complex projects and agencies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools for rapid ideation, creation, and prototyping with internal and external teams.
- Strong creative production skills, including storyboarding, illustrating, and end-to-end budget/timeline management, with experience building technical infrastructure for interactive products and leading high-growth start-up environments.
Pay
US: $171000 - $248000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
