The Opportunity: Wings Over is seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Controller to lead its accounting and finance operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational excellence, and strategic support across a dynamic portfolio of locations. This position will support all our locations and the ideal person should be located within the eastern time zone.

Day in the Life

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and cash management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business initiatives.
• Manage external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop accounting team.
• Support operational leadership with financial strategies and reporting tools.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
• 10+ years of financial and accounting leadership experience.
• Accounting experience within the restaurant, retail, or multi-unit service industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
