Senior Residential Aide (The Monument)

Position Summary

To serve as lead RA for the scheduled shift and is responsible for assuring the general welfare and safety of the residents, staff, and the facility. The Senior RA is expected to ensure quality service deliverables by overseeing the daily residential services and inspections, in order to ensure that all residents’ goals, targets, and performance outcomes are met on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Requirements

• Bilingual: $45,000-$47,000
• Non-bilingual: $43,000-$45,000
