Senior Residential Aide (Hillside)

Position Summary

To serve as lead Residential Aide for the scheduled shift and is responsible for assuring the general welfare and safety of the residents, staff, and the facility. The Senior RA is expected to ensure quality service deliverables by overseeing the daily residential services and inspections, to ensure that all residents’ goals, targets, and performance outcomes are met on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Requirements

• Bilingual: $45,000-$47,000
• Non-bilingual: $43,000-$45,000

Qualifications

• The salary offer will be based on the candidate’s number of years experience in the exact or comparable position
• Additional preferred qualifications will be taken into account
