Responsibilities

  • Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, including risk management strategies.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project).

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of local and international project management methodologies and standards.
  • Experience with project risk assessment and mitigation techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in another language may be advantageous.
