Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, including risk management strategies.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local and international project management methodologies and standards.
- Experience with project risk assessment and mitigation techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another language may be advantageous.
