Senior Researcher, Suicide Prevention and Safety Outcomes

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead large, complex research projects or a portfolio of smaller studies
• Oversee project planning, design, and implementation with a focus on ethical standards
• Serve as a methodological authority advising on quantitative and qualitative approaches
• Contribute to organizational strategy by identifying research needs
• Communicate insights effectively to clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Disseminate findings through publications and presentations
• Lead proposal development for funding opportunities

Qualifications

• PhD in Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Public Policy, or related field with 3+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 7+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of implementation science
• Proficient in data collection methodologies and analysis activities
• Experience managing project and/or task teams
• Prominent track record in building and maintaining client relationships
• Experience in grant and proposal writing

$126,000 – $154,000 annually
