Responsibilities
- Manage and lead large, complex research projects or a portfolio of smaller studies
- Oversee project planning, design, and implementation with a focus on ethical standards
- Serve as a methodological authority advising on quantitative and qualitative approaches
- Contribute to organizational strategy by identifying research needs
- Communicate insights effectively to clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Disseminate findings through publications and presentations
- Lead proposal development for funding opportunities
Qualifications
- PhD in Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Public Policy, or related field with 3+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 7+ years of experience
- Strong understanding of implementation science
- Proficient in data collection methodologies and analysis activities
- Experience managing project and/or task teams
- Prominent track record in building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in grant and proposal writing
