We must ensure no boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed that. Check for any duplicated lines: we didn't duplicate. Check for any placeholders like "Lab specific." We omitted those. Check for any mention of "Minimum rate of $50,627.20 Annually" we included. Check for any mention of "Other duties and/or projects as assigned." we included. Check for "Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior." we included. Check for "Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required" we turned into Requirements list. Check for "Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred" we turned into Qualifications. Check for "Licenses and Certifications Required Lab specific." we omitted because it's not specific. Check for "Licenses and Certifications Preferred Lab specific." omitted. Check for "If you feel that the above description speaks directly to your strengths and capabilities, then please apply today!" removed as application instruction. Check for "Minimum rate of $50,627.20 Annually HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency..." we kept pay explanation. Check for "The posted rate of pay in this job posting is a reasonable good faith estimate..." we included. Check for "The starting rate of pay is provided for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of a specific offer." we included as part of pay explanation. Check for "Posted hourly rates may be stated as an annual salary in the offer and posted annual salaries may be stated as an hourly rate in the offer..." we omitted because it's generic boilerplate? Might be considered boilerplate but it's about pay explanation; but we can keep some but it's somewhat generic. However we already have pay explanation; we could keep a concise version. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The pay explanation about how rates may be stated is not boilerplate per se but could be considered generic. However it's part of the pay transparency explanation; maybe we can keep but it's not essential. To be safe, we can keep a short pay section as we have. Check for "In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits." we included. Check for "Experience Years of relevant work experience. Education and Certifications Level of education attained, including specialized certifications, credentials, completed apprenticeship programs or advanced training. Skills Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies. Geographic Location Cost of living and market rates for the specific location. Internal Equity Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the organization. Budget and Grant Funding Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered. Some jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts." This is generic boilerplate about compensation factors; we should remove as it's not specific to this posting. Indeed we omitted. Thus final HTML fragment includes the sections we made.
