Core Technical Competencies
- Cellular Analysis: Flow cytometry, cell sorting, and primary cell culture.
- Tissue Pathology: Immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence.
- Molecular Biology: RNA/DNA extraction, qPCR, and Western blotting.
- Disease Modeling: In vivo mouse handling, dosing, and colony management.
- Data Systems: Digital inventory tracking and electronic lab notebooks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study required.
- Experience: Experience in an academic or laboratory research setting 3-5 years required.
