Senior Research Analyst
About the role
Charlotte, NC Home Solutions is hiring a Senior Research Analyst to build the insights that put us in front of the people who run home services. You will research the biggest questions facing the top 50 to 100 home services companies and turn the answers into work their CEOs, CMOs, and CROs actually want to read. Each quarter you will pick a topic, go deep, and publish an industry report. Then you will use AI to turn that report into custom briefs for the 200 executives who matter most to our business. Your work informs our CEO and Chief Revenue Officer as they build relationships with these leaders. You will report to our VP of GTM Strategy and work closely with our executive team. Within your first year, you will have published four quarterly reports and delivered custom briefs that open doors with top partners and prospects. You will also have built a repeatable AI workflow that turns one report into 200 tailored briefs in days, not months.
