Pitching and writing at least 3-5 exclusives per week and/or 6-8 other proprietary content per week
Writing news stories leveraging IJGlobal data
Maintaining broad and high-level contact with the market through daily telephone calls and frequent face-to-face/virtual meetings
Collaborating with other team members and other functions

Excellent written English
Min. 2-3 years of experience as a financial journalist
Strong reporting and interviewing skills
Infrastructure project finance knowledge/experience is advantageous but would also consider experience in debt capital markets, structured finance or asset-backed finance
Able to network well and build a strong book of contacts
Willing to make cold calls
Efficient, organised and able to meet deadlines
Team player
Strong communicator

In addition to the posted base salary range, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements)
Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications
