Senior Reliability Manager
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Reliability Manager to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will lead reliability and maintenance strategy across multiple facilities, with a focus on improving equipment performance, uptime, and operational consistency. The ideal candidate will partner closely with plant leadership, engineering, and operations teams to drive standardization, resolve chronic equipment issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position also requires strong technical leadership to strengthen preventive and predictive maintenance practices while helping the organization reduce cost and improve results.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of reliability and maintenance strategies
- Drive measurable improvements in equipment uptime and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Inspire and develop engineering and operations teams toward exceptional performance
- Serve as a technical resource to resolve significant outages and recurring failures
- Identify system-wide opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance plant outcomes and results
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering, or manufacturing leadership
- Experience leading maintenance and reliability programs across multiple facilities
- Familiarity with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies
- Proficiency in SAP PM or related CMMS systems for maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of engineering economics
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite

Pay
$120,000 – $162,500 annually
