About the role

The Senior Reliability Engineer, Reliability Models & Studies plays a critical role in developing and maintaining reliability models and conducting studies to ensure product reliability and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain advanced reliability models and statistical analyses for products and systems.
  • Conduct reliability studies to identify potential failure modes and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reliability insights into product design and development processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and analysts.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or related field.
  • Experience with reliability modeling software such as Weibull++ or Minitab.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of reliability theory and statistical methods.
  • Experience with failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Understanding of Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
