About the role
The Senior Reliability Engineer, Reliability Models & Studies plays a critical role in developing and maintaining reliability models and conducting studies to ensure product reliability and safety.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced reliability models and statistical analyses for products and systems.
- Conduct reliability studies to identify potential failure modes and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reliability insights into product design and development processes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and analysts.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or related field.
- Experience with reliability modeling software such as Weibull++ or Minitab.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of reliability theory and statistical methods.
- Experience with failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of Six Sigma principles and methodologies.

Pay
