Responsibilities
- Facilitate enterprise Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies
- Oversee and run PI Planning sessions
- Drive program-level execution, ensuring timely delivery of features and capabilities aligned with business priorities
- Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, and Business Owners to manage backlogs, dependencies, and risks
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on Lean-Agile practices and SAFe principles
- Partner closely with technical leads, engineers, and architects to ensure alignment between delivery and technical strategy
- Foster strong collaboration across cross-functional technical teams to support solution design, integration, and delivery
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor and report on ART performance metrics, including velocity, quality, and delivery timelines
- Identify and remove systemic impediments to flow and delivery across teams
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence

Pay
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00 per hour.
