This is a multi-year contract position based in Charlotte, NC, with the possibility of full-time employment conversion for high performers. We are only able to engage W2 personnel; C2C and transfer candidates will not be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate enterprise Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies
  • Oversee and run PI Planning sessions
  • Drive program-level execution, ensuring timely delivery of features and capabilities aligned with business priorities
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, and Business Owners to manage backlogs, dependencies, and risks
  • Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on Lean-Agile practices and SAFe principles
  • Partner closely with technical leads, engineers, and architects to ensure alignment between delivery and technical strategy
  • Foster strong collaboration across cross-functional technical teams to support solution design, integration, and delivery
  • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on ART performance metrics, including velocity, quality, and delivery timelines
  • Identify and remove systemic impediments to flow and delivery across teams
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence

This is a hybrid position based in Charlotte, NC.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00 per hour.
