Join our Health & Public Service practice as a Senior Release Train Engineer. In this remote role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end Agile Release Train (ART) execution across multi-functional delivery teams. You will partner with enterprise leadership to facilitate PI Planning, drive Lean-Agile best practices, and integrate modern AI-driven delivery workflows to optimize software quality and delivery speed.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Agile Release Train (ART) execution and facilitate PI Planning ceremonies.
- Identify and manage cross-team risks, dependencies, and delivery impediments.
- Coach product and engineering stakeholders on SAFe, Lean-Agile, and continuous delivery methodologies.
- Incorporate AI tools (such as CoPilot and Claude) into everyday delivery workflows and track performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- 3+ years of technical program management experience facilitating multi-team software deliveries.
- 3+ years of experience leveraging AI tools and AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) processes.
