About the role
The Senior Relativity Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure of a major government agency. This position requires a strong background in system administration, experience with Relativity software, and a current security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance of systems.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and communication.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to IT operations.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on IT infrastructure management.
- A current Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Experience with Relativity software and its integration with other enterprise applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud-based solutions.
- Experience with network administration, including VLANs, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Knowledge of data center operations and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in system administration tools and scripting languages.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Experience with ITIL best practices and service management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay
- $117,449.28 - $169,648 annually
