About the role

The Senior Relativity Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure of a major government agency. This position requires a strong background in system administration, experience with Relativity software, and a current security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance of systems.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and communication.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to IT operations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on IT infrastructure management.
  • A current Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Experience with Relativity software and its integration with other enterprise applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience with network administration, including VLANs, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Knowledge of data center operations and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience with disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Skills

  • Technical proficiency in system administration tools and scripting languages.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Experience with ITIL best practices and service management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay

  • $117,449.28 - $169,648 annually
