About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining complex IT systems, ensuring high availability and performance. They will also be involved in security clearance processes and must have a current security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Implement and manage security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Perform system audits and assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior IT management role, preferably in a government or defense environment.
- A current Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- Experience with Relativity and other legal software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, and VMware environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects.
- Experience with data center operations and disaster recovery planning.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with database administration, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.

Pay
- $109,738 - $241,886 annually, commensurate with experience.
