Sales
- Promote USB products and services through branch banking sales and service processes.
- Aid customers in understanding how their financial goals are met with suggested solutions.
- Sell customers on the value and close on sales.
Customer Service
- Demonstrate the USB Customer Service Commitment Charter and branch banking sales & service process.
- Prioritize customer needs by promptly acknowledging their presence and handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer information.
- Respond to customer concerns and set clear expectations for follow-up.
- Provide a professional and positive outlook and demeanor at all times.
- Take coverage for service transactions as needed.
Operations/Risk Management
- Accurately process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and negotiable items like Bank Checks and Money Orders.
- Process and approve wire transfers within authorized limits.
- Monitor and maintain collections and fee rebates.
- Review and maintain account records such as signature cards, POAs, and Business Resolutions to ensure compliance.
- Assist Branch Management in maintaining the safety and soundness of the branch.
- Aid in distributing, educating, and training employees on policy changes.
- Make exceptions within approved limits based on experience and knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Review branch compliance and audit reports.
- Minimize and correct variances and exceptions in branch RCI, teller difference activity, overdrafts, and charge-offs.
- Comply with S.A.F.E. Act regulations, keeping registration information up to date and ensuring status as active.
- Provide N.M.L.S. registration number upon request and in all written communications.
- Comply with Fair Lending and UDAAP regulations.
Human Resources
- Support managerial decisions in a positive manner.
- Set a professional example for staff to follow.
- Deal with staff issues or concerns in the absence of the Branch Management Team.
