Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Trusted Advisor by understanding clients' business strategies and providing tailored financial advice
  • Educate clients on Key's product offerings including credit facilities and capital market solutions
  • Lead and structure the delivery of credit and non-credit products with sound risk management
  • Proactively manage and resolve portfolio issues to maximize profitability and asset quality
  • Identify and leverage cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with product partners
  • Develop strategies for client relationship management including retention and growth
  • Participate in community and professional organizations to enhance expertise

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in real estate finance
  • Proven balance of business development with asset quality and risk management
  • Strong team collaboration skills to enhance overall team capability
  • Demonstrated functional, technical and credit expertise
