Responsibilities
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor by understanding clients' business strategies and providing tailored financial advice
- Educate clients on Key's product offerings including credit facilities and capital market solutions
- Lead and structure the delivery of credit and non-credit products with sound risk management
- Proactively manage and resolve portfolio issues to maximize profitability and asset quality
- Identify and leverage cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with product partners
- Develop strategies for client relationship management including retention and growth
- Participate in community and professional organizations to enhance expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in real estate finance
- Proven balance of business development with asset quality and risk management
- Strong team collaboration skills to enhance overall team capability
- Demonstrated functional, technical and credit expertise
