Responsibilities

  • Build, expand, and retain existing client relationships
  • Provide expert financial solutions to existing and prospective clients
  • Market Simmons solutions to our existing customer base and prospects
  • Assist clients with account service and maintenance requests
  • Engage in a genuine conversation to help identify needs and recommend solutions
  • Open and close accounts, including assisting customers with account selection and compliance with BSA and CIP requirements
  • Solicit and handle consumer loan requests
  • Uncover needs and refer customers to partner-centric teams
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction
  • Process customer requests and transactions accurately and professionally
  • Assume the role of SME in branch as related to all product and services offerings
  • Coach transactional associates toward conversation starters and improved referrals
  • Work jointly with branch leadership in guiding and reinforcing training

Requirements

  • Conducting team kickoff and meetings with guidance of branch leadership
  • Registering with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Two years customer-facing and goal-oriented experience
  • Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
  • Computer skills in MS Office programs
  • Understanding and utilizing social media platforms
