Responsibilities

  • Build, expand, and retain existing client relationships
  • Provide expert financial solutions to existing and prospective clients
  • Market Simmons solutions to our existing customer base and prospects
  • Assist clients with account service and maintenance requests
  • Engage in genuine conversations to identify needs and recommend solutions
  • Open and close accounts, perform research, and comply with BSA and CIP requirements
  • Solicit and handle consumer loan requests
  • Uncover needs and refer customers to partner teams
  • Ensure all departmental documents and activities are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Process customer requests and transactions in a positive, accurate, and professional manner

Requirements

  • Two years customer-facing and goal-oriented experience
  • Ability to effectively motivate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Team-centric approach to helping customers
  • Coaching and leading the branch team
  • Assume the role of SME in branch regarding all product and service offerings
  • Work jointly with branch leadership in guiding and reinforcing training with all junior associates
  • Register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) and obtain an NMLS license after employment

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to effectively motivate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Embrace a team-centric approach to collectively help our customers
  • Coach and lead the branch team according to process and protocol in the absence of an AFCM
  • Meet or exceed individual goals for the most recent 3 of 4 quarters
  • Assume the role of SME in branch as related to all product and services offerings
  • Work jointly with branch leadership in guiding and reinforcing training with all junior associates
  • Understand and utilize social media platforms to help share brand awareness and obtain market knowledge
