Responsibilities

• Build, expand, and retain existing client relationships
• Provide expert financial solutions to clients
• Market Simmons solutions to existing and potential clients
• Assist with account service and maintenance requests
• Engage customers to ensure an optimal experience
• Open and close accounts, perform research, and comply with BSA/CIP requirements
• Solicit and handle consumer loan requests
• Coach staff on selling and handling consumer loan requests
• Uncover customer needs and refer to partner teams
• Process customer requests and transactions professionally

Requirements

• Two years of customer-facing and goal-oriented experience
• Ability to motivate and present information in various settings
• Team-centric approach to helping customers
• Strong understanding of product and service offerings
• Ability to coach and lead the branch team
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to register with the NMLS and obtain an NMLS license if required
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Understanding of social media platforms
