We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. No job title heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. From posting: There's description about company and role: "Crescent is a differentiated U.S. energy company..." That's about the company, maybe "About the role" or "About the company"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should map content accordingly. We have: - About the role: description of position: preparing, analyzing, supporting Texas severance tax reporting, compliance, accounting activities; support monthly/annual tax filings, tax accruals, account reconciliations, audit responses, exemption administration, related regulatory reporting. Also reporting structure: reports to Regulatory Accounting Manager. Could be under About the role. - Responsibilities: list of duties: bullet points under "Primary Responsibilities". We'll put those in
  • . - Requirements: Education And Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years accounting experience, at least 3 years direct Texas severance tax, strong knowledge, experience preparing filings, advanced Excel, experience with upstream oil and gas accounting systems and ERP platforms required; SAP experience preferred. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: CPA or APA plus, experience with Texas Comptroller audits, exemptions, incentive programs, understanding production reporting, revenue accounting, ownership structures, experience supporting acquisition/divestiture/integration, demonstrated ability to independently manage recurring compliance, experience identifying and implementing process improvements. - Skills: maybe we could extract skills like strong knowledge of Texas severance tax regulations, production and ownership reporting concepts, upstream oil and gas accounting practices, collaborative professional, partner with teams, process improvements, internal controls, monitor regulatory developments, serve as key resource, guidance. Could be under Skills. - Benefits, Pay, Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include those sections. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can structure them. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, accommodation request, etc. Also remove "Crescent Energy is an equal opportunity employer..." and the accommodation line. Also remove any duplicated lines. We need to keep the company description? It's substantive about the company; maybe under About the role? But the instruction says About the role heading for section headings. Could also treat the initial paragraph as About the role (company overview). It's okay. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Senior Regulatory Accountant, Severance Tax". Not to be used as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

    Then Skills maybe:

We must ensure we didn't duplicate content already covered. Some of these skill points overlap with responsibilities and qualifications; but we need to preserve all substantive information. It's okay to have some overlap as long as we don't invent or summarize away detail. However we might be duplicating some points already listed under Responsibilities or Qualifications. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't forbid duplication, but better to avoid redundancy? Not required. However we might combine some. We could decide not to have a separate Skills section if its content is already covered elsewhere. But we have not yet captured "Strong knowledge of Texas severance tax regulations, production and ownership reporting concepts, and upstream oil and gas accounting practices." That is mentioned in the ideal candidate paragraph: "The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years of direct Texas severance tax experience, and a strong understanding of upstream oil and gas accounting processes." Also later: "The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of Texas severance tax regulations, production and ownership reporting concepts, and upstream oil and gas accounting practices." This is not captured elsewhere exactly. We could put that under Requirements or Qualifications. It's more like a requirement/qualification. Could add to Requirements as a bullet. But we already have strong knowledge of Texas oil and natural gas severance tax regulations and reporting requirements. That's similar but not exactly production and ownership reporting concepts. We could add a bullet to Requirements: "Strong knowledge of Texas severance tax regulations, production and ownership reporting concepts, and upstream oil and gas accounting practices." That would capture it. Similarly "collaborative professional who can effectively partner with Revenue Accounting, Production Reporting, Land, Operations, and Finance teams" is in the description after ideal candidate. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We could add to Requirements: "Ability to partner effectively with Revenue Accounting, Production Reporting, Land, Operations, and Finance teams." Or under Qualifications. "contributing to process improvements, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements" is in that same sentence. Could be under Qualifications. Thus we may not need a separate Skills section; we can incorporate those points into Requirements or Qualifications. Let's restructure: Requirements: include education, experience, knowledge, Excel, ERP/SAP, plus collaborative partnering, process improvements, internal controls, compliance. Qualifications (Preferred): include CPA/APA, Texas Comptroller audit experience, exemptions, incentive programs, understanding production reporting/revenue accounting/ownership structures, acquisition/divestiture/integration experience, ability to independently manage recurring compliance, experience identifying/implementing process improvements and control enhancements. But note that "experience identifying and implementing process improvements and control enhancements" appears both in Requirements and Preferred Qualifications; we can keep it in Preferred Qualifications as it's a plus. We need to ensure we don't lose any detail. Let's list all details from posting: Company description paragraph (first big paragraph) - we included in About the role. Position description: "Crescent Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Accountant, Severance Tax to join our Houston-based Accounting organization. This position will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and supporting the Company's Texas oil and natural gas severance tax reporting, compliance, and accounting activities. The role will support monthly and annual tax filings, tax accruals, account reconciliations, audit responses, exemption administration, and related regulatory reporting requirements." - we included in About the role. Reporting Structure: "This position reports to the Regulatory Accounting Manager." - we included. Ideal candidate paragraph: "The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years of direct Texas severance tax experience, and a strong understanding of upstream oil and gas accounting processes." - we covered in Requirements (5+ years, 3 years Texas severance tax, strong understanding of upstream oil and gas accounting processes). We have strong knowledge of Texas severance tax regulations etc. but we need to include "strong understanding of upstream oil and gas accounting processes". We have "Experience with upstream oil and gas accounting systems and ERP platforms required; SAP experience preferred." That's about systems, not processes. We should add bullet: "Strong understanding of upstream oil and gas accounting processes." Next sentence: "This role requires a collaborative professional who can effectively partner with Revenue Accounting,
