- Banner Boswell Medical Center description...
- Position Summary (leadership in specialty area of clinical nutrition, etc.)
- Core Functions (list of duties)
- Minimum Qualifications (list)
- Preferred Qualifications (Additional related education and/or experience preferred.)
- EEO Statement etc (boilerplate to remove)
- Privacy Policy etc (remove)
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions.
We need to preserve all substantive info.
We need to decide sections.
Potential sections:
- About the role (maybe summary of role, facility description)
- Responsibilities (Core Functions)
- Requirements (Minimum Requirements for Dietitian Positions)
- Qualifications (Minimum Qualifications)
- Skills (maybe not explicit; could be derived but better not invent)
- Benefits (sign-on bonus, facility reimburses CDR credential verification, reimbursement for CNSC exam, etc.)
- Pay (maybe not explicit salary; only sign-on bonus)
- Schedule (Full-Time: Typically- 8:00am-4:30pm, M-Fri (with alternating weekends and rotating holidays))
We must not create sections with placeholder or vague content like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for sign-on bonus, schedule, benefits (reimbursement, etc). Pay: we don't have base salary, only sign-on bonus. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." We have sign-on bonus (benefit) and schedule. Pay: we don't have salary; maybe we can omit Pay section. Benefits: we have sign-on bonus, reimbursement for CNSC exam, facility reimburses CDR credential verification, maybe also Great Place To Work etc. So we can include Benefits.
Schedule: we have explicit schedule.
Responsibilities: we have Core Functions (list). Also Position Summary maybe part of About the role.
Requirements: Minimum Requirements for Dietitian Positions (BS required, MS preferred, 2 years nutrition support, advanced certification). That's specific.
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications (list). Also Preferred Qualifications.
We could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But instructions: use headings for those sections if content exists. We can have both.
We need to avoid duplicating lines.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
Let's craft:
About the role
... content: facility description, department, recognition, etc.
Maybe also include position summary. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent. Let's extract About the role content: - Primary City/State: Sun City, Arizona - Department Name: Culinary & Nutrition-Hosp - Work Shift: Day - Job Category: Facilities, Environmental Services, and Culinary - Facility Type & Recognition: Acute Care Hospital Rated "Best Regional Hospital" (2025-2026) by U.S. News & World Report Ranked #4 in Phoenix Ranked #5 in Arizona Certified as a Primary Stroke Center - Clinical Nutrition Department: Collaborative team of registered dietitians and a dietetic technician Includes 2 Senior RDs who received reimbursement for their CNSC (Certified Nutrition Support Clinician) exam Facility reimburses CDR (Commission on Dietetic Registration) credential verification - A rewarding career that fits your life. Learn how Banner Health, a certified Great Place To Work®, prioritizes team members and strives to be the best place to work in health care. - Banner Boswell Medical Center has provided exceptional health care to the communities in the northwest area of metro-Phoenix for over five decades. Today, our 410-bed acute-care hospital is nationally recognized by U.S. News and World Report as one of Arizona’s Best Hospitals. Banner Boswell offers a full range of acute care services, including cardiology, vascular, thoracic, oncology, orthopedics, neurology, general surgery, robotic surgery, rehabilitation, emergency, stroke, intensive care, pulmonary, urology, and inpatient wound management. We've earned the Society of Thoracic Surgeons highest quality award for CABG & aortic valve replacement and the Joint Commission’s Advanced Certification as a Primary Stroke Center. That's a lot; we can combine. We should not repeat job title as heading (not given). Good. Now Responsibilities: Core Functions list (many bullet points). We'll convert to- .
Requirements: Minimum Requirements for Dietitian Positions: Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required Master's degree preferred Experience in nutrition support (minimum 2 years) Requires advanced certification
We'll list.
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications list (many). Also Preferred Qualifications: Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
We could combine Minimum and Preferred under Qualifications heading with sub-sections? But instruction: use
for section headings; we could have Qualifications and then inside maybe
for minimum and
for preferred, or separate headings? Might be okay to have just Qualifications and include both. But we also have Requirements separate; maybe we can merge Requirements into Qualifications? However they are distinct: Requirements are minimum requirements for dietitian positions; Qualifications are more detailed. To avoid thin sections, we could have Requirements and Qualifications both. Benefits: $10,000 sign on bonus for 12 months; eligibility criteria; facility reimburses CDR credential verification; reimbursement for CNSC exam; Great Place To Work; maybe also other benefits not listed. Schedule: Full-Time: Typically- 8:00am-4:30pm, M-Fri (with alternating weekends and rotating holidays) Pay: Not provided; omit. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate: EEO Statement, Privacy Policy, etc. Also remove duplicated lines: e.g., "$10,000 Sign on; requires 12 month commitment for Registered Dietitians" appears similar to earlier sign-on bonus; we can keep once. Now produce HTML. Let's craft:
