Senior Registered Architect

Design Excellence. Technical Mastery. Collaborative Leadership. Are you a Minnesota-licensed Architect who thrives at the intersection of technical precision and creative problem-solving? Advantage Point Group is looking to add a Senior Registered Architect to join our Facilities Design Team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for commercial and industrial facility projects
- Mentor rising talent
- Act as a trusted advisor to our clients
- Own the full architectural suite—from programming and planning to demo plans, elevations, and construction details
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and compliant with all MN codes (IBC, Life Safety, etc.)
- Handle construction administration, including site visits, submittal reviews, and RFI management to ensure design intent is met in the field
- Provide work direction and guidance to Architectural Designers and CAD Drafters, fostering a culture of excellence
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Ability to obtain licensure in Minnesota within 6 months (NCARB certified preferred)
- 7–10 years of experience in commercial and industrial architectural design
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

Pay
- $60-$75/hour ($125,000-$156,000/yr) depending on qualifications
Schedule
- Core Hours for Real Life: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
Additional Information
Compensation: $60-$75/hour ($125,000-$156,000/yr) depending on qualifications.

Time and a half after 40 hours (overtime is not mandatory).
