Senior Regional Marketing Manager

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop a regional growth plan targeting small to medium-sized businesses
• Manage lead capture and nurture processes for measurable program impact
• Translate local buyer needs into targeted marketing programs
• Collaborate with Performance and Creative teams to execute regional marketing initiatives
• Align strategy with internal teams across various departments
• Work with Customer Marketing to maximize engagement during events
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver campaigns effectively
• Analyze campaign performance to gauge lead generation and funnel impact

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B/SaaS environments
• Proven track record in demand generation and pipeline growth
• Deep expertise in multi-channel marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills for campaign performance evaluation
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication abilities
• Experience with marketing tools like Salesforce and Marketo
• Agile mindset for rapid program testing and optimization

Pay

$117,600 – $143,100 annually
