Senior Regional Manager - Los Angeles

SENRGY GROUP RESIDENTIAL OF NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL TO OVERSEE ONE OF OUR LOS ANGELES PORTFOLIOS.

• Responsibilities:
• Directly responsible for the overall management, administration, operations and financial performance of assigned multi-family portfolio.
• Act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions and relations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience with high rise, lease-ups, and the Los Angeles market
• Experience with business development and pre-development (plus)
• 5+ years managerial experience
• Proven leadership skills
• Experience managing client relationships
• Strong financial background
• Must be able to travel 80% of the time
• CA real estate license required or obtained within 6 months of hire

Pay:

Salary range is $160,000-$180,000/year plus bonus.
