About the role

The Senior Regional HRBP is a trusted advisor to leaders and managers across the U.S. and Canada, aligning people strategies with business priorities and regional needs. This role combines strategic partnership with strong operational execution across employee relations, manager effectiveness, engagement, HR program implementation, compliance, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with regional leaders, managers, Global HRBPs and HR COEs to understand business priorities, identify people-related needs, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Coach leaders and managers to drive accountability, execute business priorities, strengthen team effectiveness, and address organizational challenges.
  • Partner across global and regional HR teams to plan and execute complex HR programs and initiatives through strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on U.S. employment practices.
  • Analyze regional and country-level engagement results, identify themes, share insights with HR and business leaders, and support targeted action planning.
  • Lead or contribute to site, regional, and virtual HR activities that support connection, engagement, and employee experience.
  • Coach managers and leaders on individual and team effectiveness, employee engagement and performance management; facilitate team effectiveness and manager assimilation sessions as needed.
  • Serve as the primary regional point of contact for the organizations you support for complex employee relations matters, providing guidance to leaders and managers on policies, procedures, investigations, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation.
  • Advise HR Services organization on employee support in these areas. Partner with Legal, Compliance, Global HRBPs, and other internal teams on employment-related matters, ensuring consistent and thoughtful resolution.
  • Advisory on performance management, including underperformance, documentation, corrective action, and follow-through.
  • Play a key role in acquisition execution, including organizational integration, employment onboarding, change management, and regional readiness, working in close collaboration with the Global HRBP.
  • Mentor HR team members by sharing regional expertise, best practices, and practical guidance for navigating complex cases and responsibilities.
  • Act as an advisor and escalation point for HR Services on regional transactional and operational HR matters.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, programs, and employee experiences; lead improvements owned by the BP team and provide feedback to partner teams.
  • Support company efforts to incorporate AI and other tools into HR practices and day-to-day work.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience as a Regional HR Business Partner or in a comparable HRBP role supporting leaders, managers and employees across multiple locations or jurisdictions. Experience partnering with global HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver HR programs, resolve issues, and support business priorities. Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and managers at multiple levels and provide sound, practical HR guidance. Strong experience managing complex employee relations and performance matters with sound judgment, discretion, and risk awareness. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and tailor messages for different audiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a broader team. Curiosity and openness to exploring how AI and emerging tools can improve HR effectiveness and your day-to-day work.

Pay

Base Salary Range: $118,000 - $125,000

Schedule

This role is a hybrid role, splitting your time between your home office and our Burlington MA headquarters.
