Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery planning including risk identification and mitigation
- Supervise multi-cultural teams comprising union and non-union members
- Oversee activities related to BWR Refuel Floor outage maintenance
- Provide technical input for commercial proposals on labor and tooling
- Build relationships with customer and supplier management for effective collaboration
- Support product line initiatives like proposal development and training delivery
- Deliver subject matter expertise on reactor maintenance and in-vessel tooling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5-7 years experience in BWR Refuel Floor outage maintenance
- High School Diploma with 8 years experience in BWR Refuel Floor outage maintenance
- Experience as Refuel Floor Lead Technical Director or equivalent
- Experience in project management would be beneficial
- Familiarity with safety protocols in nuclear settings is essential
