The company is seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Recruitment Consultant to join its growing New York City team. This full‑time, hybrid position offers the chance to develop a specialized career within the Accounting & Finance recruitment market, build strong client and candidate relationships, and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the Accounting & Finance market.
• Develop a thorough understanding of client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Identify, source, and engage qualified Accounting & Finance professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing strategies.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit for available opportunities.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach through offer negotiation and placement.
• Build and maintain a strong network of Accounting & Finance professionals across various levels and specialties.
• Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends, hiring activity, compensation, and talent availability.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of existing client accounts.
• Develop long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates to support repeat business and successful placements.
• Work collaboratively with consultants and team members to share market knowledge and drive successful results.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client information within recruitment systems, CRM, and ATS platforms.
• Consistently work toward and achieve individual and team performance goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, business development, or a related field.
• Previous experience recruiting within Accounting & Finance is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to confidently engage with candidates, hiring managers, and senior‑level professionals.
• Highly motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
• Competitive, ambitious, and motivated by career progression and professional development.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, CRM systems, and other recruitment technology is preferred.
• Interest in the Accounting & Finance market and willingness to develop deep industry expertise.

Pay

$70,000‑$85,000 base salary plus performance‑based commission and incentives.

Schedule
