About the role

Flow Engineering is an AI-native requirements platform for modern engineering organizations, enabling hardware teams to collaborate with AI agents to design, validate, and evolve complex systems with speed and rigor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, events, and more
• Screen inbound applicants and conduct initial screens to assess fit and interest
• Coordinate and schedule your own candidates while keeping your ATS data clean
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and align on priorities and timelines
• Close candidates in a competitive market

Requirements

• 4 - 8 years of recruiting experience

Skills

• Storytelling
• Good judgment on candidate quality
• Organized and self-sufficient
• Comfort in ambiguity

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever (we use Ashby)
• Genuine interest in physical AI, robotics, rocketships, or any kind of hardware development

$140K - $180K
