Responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to support company growth and talent acquisition initiatives. Key responsibilities include identifying candidate needs, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill open positions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess fit and make hiring decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners
- Manage candidate pipelines and tracking systems
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruiting or HR
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment software
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with performance management and employee development
