Senior Recruiter- Southern Division
About the role
The Senior Recruiter provides full-service recruitment processes for our Southern Division, supporting hiring needs from entry level to senior level roles (Manager-Director level). This position includes developing a pipeline of potential talent, networking, and building partnerships. The Senior Recruiter will provide guidance and support to hiring managers, manage the recruitment database, recruit and hire mid-level positions, and coordinate with Executive Recruiters on executive level positions. They are a member of the Talent Acquisition team and play a crucial role in fulfilling the recruiting needs across The Nature Conservancy.
Responsibilities
- Developing a pipeline of potential talent and building partnerships
- Providing guidance and support to hiring managers
- Managing the recruitment database
- Recruiting and hiring mid-level positions in the Division
- Coordinating with Executive Recruiters on executive level positions
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities
- Ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Supporting and managing all aspects of the recruitment process for the Southern Division
- Implementing innovative recruitment strategies and processes
- Communicating and developing relationships with a broad range of audiences
- Managing confidential documents and retention processes
- Using MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Managing applicant tracking systems, including Workday
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 7 years recruiting work experience or equivalent combination (including HR concepts, processes, and services)
- Experience recruiting for leadership roles, including Manager and above
- Experience working with and reporting out to Director & VP level clients
- Experience in sourcing, including candidate identification, research, outreach, or candidate development
- Experience in database management and spreadsheet software, including data input, manipulation, and analysis
- Experience managing confidential documents and retention processes
- Experience communicating and developing relationships with a broad range of audiences, including experience working with or recruiting for global teams
- Experience prioritizing and organizing work while attending to details
- Experience working with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems, including Workday
- Experience working in a start-up-like environment, and assisting to create processes and/or the experience of rolling out a new process a plus
Qualifications

Pay
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $93,245-113,900. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges.
