About the role

Senior Recruiter/Internship Coordinator Clinical and Corporate Internship Programs
Location: Cherry Hill, New Jersey (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

  • Career fairs, employer branding, and organizational outreach initiatives
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs
  • Conduct virtual interviews and online recruitment initiatives
  • Develop engaging internship and recruitment initiatives
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with labor regulations
  • Maintain multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously
  • Manage internship and onboarding processes
  • Offer ongoing job training
  • Present to students, candidates, educational partners, and groups
  • Provide competitive pay and benefits
  • Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates
  • Source candidates using ATS platforms, job boards, social media, and recruitment tools
  • Support HR administrative functions
  • Support workforce planning
  • Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
  • Write and document professionally

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing coordination, internship coordination, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • Experience recruiting within healthcare, behavioral health, corporate operations, or educational partnership environments preferred.
  • Experience working with interns, students, or workforce development programs is highly desirable.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and onboarding procedures.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating interviews, recruitment events, or internship programs.
  • Experience conducting virtual interviews and online recruitment initiatives.
  • Familiarity with workforce development programs and educational partnership coordination.
  • Social media recruitment and employer branding experience.
  • Ability to develop engaging internship and recruitment initiatives.
