About the role
Senior Recruiter/Internship Coordinator Clinical and Corporate Internship Programs
Location: Cherry Hill, New Jersey (On-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Career fairs, employer branding, and organizational outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs
- Conduct virtual interviews and online recruitment initiatives
- Develop engaging internship and recruitment initiatives
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with labor regulations
- Maintain multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously
- Manage internship and onboarding processes
- Offer ongoing job training
- Present to students, candidates, educational partners, and groups
- Provide competitive pay and benefits
- Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates
- Source candidates using ATS platforms, job boards, social media, and recruitment tools
- Support HR administrative functions
- Support workforce planning
- Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
- Write and document professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing coordination, internship coordination, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Experience recruiting within healthcare, behavioral health, corporate operations, or educational partnership environments preferred.
- Experience working with interns, students, or workforce development programs is highly desirable.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and onboarding procedures.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating interviews, recruitment events, or internship programs.
- Experience conducting virtual interviews and online recruitment initiatives.
- Familiarity with workforce development programs and educational partnership coordination.
- Social media recruitment and employer branding experience.
- Ability to develop engaging internship and recruitment initiatives.
