Senior Recruiter/HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle global recruiting for diverse roles from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Collaborate with business leaders to define hiring strategies and deliver top talent
• Develop engaging strategies to attract candidates while promoting the company's brand
• Facilitate a welcoming onboarding process for new hires
• Support smooth employee offboarding processes
• Aid with light IT tasks related to onboarding and offboarding
• Contribute to People Operations initiatives like engagement activities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical and non-technical roles
• Experience in startups or high-growth environments and adaptability to change
• Track record of achieving high-volume recruiting metrics
• Experience in managing candidate pipelines effectively
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Familiarity with IT coordination tasks and basic tech support

Pay

$120,000 – $170,000 annually
