Senior Recruiter - GTM/Tech

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our GTM/Tech team. This role will leverage AI tools to support the recruiting process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in candidate evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies using AI-driven insights
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across various tech roles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align recruiting efforts
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tech recruiting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a tech environment
• Experience with AI tools and platforms for recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent understanding of the tech industry and its talent landscape
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
