Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialist to mid-senior level roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Manage Workday Recruiting processes in collaboration with the global team: create/maintain job requisition templates and workflows.
- Monitor and interpret recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, pipeline conversion, quality of hire, diversity metrics, cost-per-hire) and translate insights into targeted actions.
- Ensure accurate capture and maintenance of demographic/EEO data and support regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies: direct search, talent pools, social recruiting and employer-branding campaigns.
- Partner with marketing to develop creative recruitment campaigns for social platforms and job boards.
- Support campus and industry outreach events and employer-branding initiatives.
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters; contribute to team capability building and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local employment laws.
- Led special projects as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- 8+ years full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, technology or B2B environments.
- Preferred in-house/company recruiting experience.
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems, preferably Workday Recruiting.
- Strong data fluency: experience building reports/dashboards and using recruiting metrics to drive strategy.
- Demonstrated experience with compliance and regulatory reporting.
- Advanced sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and coaching skills.
- Highly organized, able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
