About the Opportunity

The Senior Recruiter plays a critical role in building and scaling teams that deliver care to members, focusing on hiring clinicians, care teams, and operational leaders who directly influence patient outcomes. This role involves broad ownership over recruitment efforts across clinical and corporate functions, shaping hiring strategies in collaboration with leaders, and supporting the growth of the talent acquisition function in a fast-paced, evolving environment. It offers significant impact and visibility in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for complex clinical and care delivery positions, including Care Managers, Registered Nurses (RNs), Nurse Practitioners, and regional operational leaders
  • Support and execute recruitment campaigns across diverse corporate functions, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal as business needs evolve
  • Partner consultatively with hiring managers and department executives to define team structures, design interview scorecards, and align candidate profiles with company culture
  • Build, nurture, and maintain robust talent pipelines through aggressive, proactive sourcing, specialized cold outreach, and professional networking channels
  • Screen, interview, evaluate, and guide candidates smoothly throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, maintaining a high-touch, positive candidate experience
  • Manage a dynamic portfolio of multiple active requisition searches simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality standards and clear communication with stakeholders
  • Utilize recruiting analytics, system data, and pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize hiring processes, and refine sourcing strategies
  • Advise and guide internal hiring managers on shifting market trends, regional talent availability, passive candidate behavior, and competitive compensation modeling
  • Act as a passionate brand ambassador, authentically representing the organization's mission, social impact, and public benefit values to prospective talent

Requirements

  • Minimum of four (4) years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record operating in fast-paced tech startups or regulated, high-growth corporate environments
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting a balanced mix of clinical roles (e.g., Advanced Practice Providers, RNs, behavioral health professionals) and non-clinical corporate paths (Operations, G&A, Sales, Finance, Marketing)
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load effectively while maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Advanced, creative sourcing skills with a documented ability to identify, engage, and close elite talent in highly competitive employment markets
  • Strategic experience collaborating with business leaders to build out interview processes, evaluation rubrics, and behavioral panels from scratch
  • Deep technical proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (specifically Greenhouse or equivalent platforms) and advanced sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and professional databases)
  • C competence in analyzing recruiting metrics, generating pipeline reports, and tracking time-to-hire or offer-acceptance rates
  • Exceptional communication, organizational tracking, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
  • Ownership-oriented mindset with an intrinsic focus on mission alignment, commercial business results, and candidate advocacy
  • A genuine passion for supporting mission-driven work focused on individuals with complex chronic needs, such as housing instability, mental illness, and substance use disorders

Bonus Qualifications

  • Knowledge of or direct recruitment experience within Medicaid, Medicare, managed care organizations, value-based care models, home health, or digital health tech spaces
  • Practical experience executing distributed, remote-first, or multi-state corporate hiring initiatives

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The target annual base salary or hourly wage for this senior talent acquisition position is highly competitive and will be determined dynamically based on the final candidate's depth of clinical/start-up recruiting experience, specialized technical networks, and localized market data.
