About the role
Recruiters at Publicis Media are directly involved in the growth and development of our teams across the country. They serve as candidate advocates and consultative partners to internal teams, responsible for recruiting permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire talent. Recruiters work across disciplines and must be highly proficient in candidate generation and sourcing, delivering quality talent with minimal lead time. This role is ideal for a process-oriented individual able to manage a high volume across multiple geographies without sacrificing candidate experience.
Senior Recruiters provide added value by operating as subject matter experts in a specific department or vertical, layering market insight and data-driven thinking into their processes to build credibility with the business they support.
Responsibilities
- Source, assess, and screen high-caliber talent for media agency roles (e.g., Planning, Activation, Strategy, Investment, Analytics, Commerce, Ad Ops, and Client Leadership) by leveraging the ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, Boolean search, and proactive market mapping.
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance, including candidate calibration, expectation setting, interview preparation, feedback delivery, compensation discussions, and offer negotiation.
- Serve as a strategic recruitment partner to Hiring Managers, Practice Leads, and HR Business Partners, translating business priorities, client demands, and team structures into targeted hiring strategies.
- Provide real-time recruiting insights and status updates to the Talent Acquisition team and business stakeholders.
- Build and maintain future-focused talent pipelines for critical, high-volume, and hard-to-hire media skill sets in anticipation of client growth and new business wins.
- Execute Publicis Talent processes and policies consistently.
- Leverage the ATS and TA tools to accurately track candidate activity, hiring progress, and recruiting metrics to ensure process efficiency, and enhance existing reports where applicable.
- Partner with peers on cross-functional TA initiatives and ad hoc projects.
- Represent, articulate, and evangelize the Publicis brand proposition with personality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 4+ years of experience, ideally within a media agency, marketing services firm, or similarly fast-paced professional services environment.
- Demonstrated success recruiting media, marketing, advertising, or digital talent, including roles that require both technical expertise and strong client-facing skills.
- Possess an understanding of media agency structures, terminology, and career paths, with the ability to credibly assess talent across multiple media disciplines.
- Proactive contributor, eager to further develop and learn the advertising/marketing industry.
- Highly organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions and stakeholders without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
- Advanced proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics; ability to maintain data integrity and use metrics to inform hiring decisions.
- Expert-level mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing techniques, including talent mapping and competitive intelligence.
- Clear, confident, and professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with comfort navigating ambiguity and advising stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Pay
Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $93,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
