Full-time, Monday–Friday in-office presence is required in one of our regional offices (FL, GA, NC, or VT).

Responsibilities
- Create requisitions for open positions in partnership with executives and hiring managers.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and company needs.
- Write recruitment ads and place advertisements for all open positions on social and other appropriate media.
- Serve as the main contact for recruitment inquiries and sourcing, including both internal and external candidates.
- Source and evaluate resumes for open positions, including both internal and external candidates; utilize LinkedIn and Indeed to source and build pipelines.
- Maintain frequent written and verbal communication with all applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews for both internal and external candidates.
- Lead PC’s interview and selection best practices and train interviewers.
- Organize and communicate interview structure and questions to interviewers.
- Lead post-interview evaluation meetings with the interview team.
- Develop offer letters in partnership with the hiring manager based on company policies and standards.
- Manage all aspects of onboarding for candidates sourced by this position: ensure pre-employment drug screening and E-Verify process is complete; arrange vehicles, technology equipment, and prepared workspaces for the first day of employment.
- Lead onboarding efforts, including coordination for first days of employment and sending welcome boxes.
- Continually evaluate applicant tracking system and onboarding products, software, and methods to maintain best practices.
- Research, track, and analyze emerging AI trends and technologies, applying these insights to forecast talent needs and design forward-thinking recruitment strategies in collaboration with the recruiting team.
- Lead workforce planning efforts in coordination with the HR team and executives.
- Manage and educate PC employees on the referral programs.
- Conduct training for PC employees on topics within your area of expertise.
- Develop and maintain PC’s presence on social media sites, the company website, and intranet.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Assist HR team members in the layout and design of marketing materials, flyers, postcards, brochures, and other materials; maintain recruiting supplies and inventory.
- Support the HR team with various projects as needed.
- Travel to career fairs and jobsites as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of five to ten years’ experience in recruiting.
- Experience in recruiting construction professionals is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal, written, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Pay
$78,000 - $90,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday in-office presence required.
