About the role

The role is part of the Trustworthy AI Growth team at a company focused on developing cutting-edge AI technologies for various applications. This position involves working on projects that require deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable and efficient machine learning models using state-of-the-art frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and workflows in the AI pipeline.
  • Contribute to the development of trust and safety mechanisms to ensure the ethical deployment of AI solutions.
  • Perform data analysis and interpret results to inform product decisions and improve model performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest research in AI and machine learning and apply these advancements to current projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development, preferably with experience in AI and machine learning.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

Qualifications

  • Experience with reinforcement learning and trust building mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of Apache Kafka, Fiddler, Spark, and other big data technologies.
  • Understanding of ethical considerations in AI and experience with governance and compliance frameworks.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Knowledge of cloud services and distributed systems.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
  • Good understanding of statistical methods and data analysis.
