What you'll do
- Recruit and review qualified candidates for various positions, including Property Management, Resident Services, Accounting, Information Technology, Asset Management, Real Estate Development and Marketing.
- Interview candidates, coordinate interview schedules, provide recommendations, and advise on interviewing and sourcing best practices.
- Balance hiring for diverse roles across multiple time zones in a fast-paced environment.
- Actively search for qualified candidates for various positions in multiple regions.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop positional recruitment strategies.
- Interview candidates by phone and/or in person and bring recommendations of top candidates to hiring managers.
- Collapse interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with Human Resources team once candidate has been identified to start the onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with resources that bring qualified candidates, including, recruiting agencies, local industry associations, community colleges, diversity resources, etc.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates to pair with other job postings within the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Four years of recruiting experience, including strong interviewing and sourcing experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, influence decisions, and build consensus with hiring partners.
- Comfort working with multicultural and diverse groups of people.

Pay Range and Compensation Package
$73,000 - $82,000
