What you'll do

• Recruit and review qualified candidates for various positions, including Property Management, Resident Services, Accounting, Information Technology, Asset Management, Real Estate Development and Marketing.
• Interview candidates, coordinate interview schedules, provide recommendations, and advise on interviewing and sourcing best practices.
• Balance hiring for diverse roles across multiple time zones in a fast-paced environment.
• Actively search for qualified candidates for various positions in multiple regions.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop positional recruitment strategies.
• Interview candidates by phone and/or in person and bring recommendations of top candidates to hiring managers.
• Collapse interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with Human Resources team once candidate has been identified to start the onboarding process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with resources that bring qualified candidates, including, recruiting agencies, local industry associations, community colleges, diversity resources, etc.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates to pair with other job postings within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Four years of recruiting experience, including strong interviewing and sourcing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, influence decisions, and build consensus with hiring partners.
• Comfort working with multicultural and diverse groups of people.

• Familiarity with Affordable Housing, Property Management and/or a related field with a proven record of establishing and maintaining a highly qualified, diverse pipeline.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

$73,000 - $82,000
