Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage 15-25 concurrent corporate requisitions.
• Recruit across Finance, Accounting, Technology, Compliance, HSE, HR, and other business functions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines while driving active searches.
• Partner directly with hiring managers and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Energy, Oil & Gas, or other publicly traded/industrial industry recruiting experience required.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting with minimal oversight.
• Executive presence and confidence leading interviews with senior leaders.
• Strong sourcing skills and a proactive recruiting mindset.
• Experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to demonstrate how AI has improved recruiting productivity and outcomes.
